Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise daily operation support/administration activities to ensure smooth execution of business operations by meeting quality and customer service expectations.
    • Manage all administrative tasks including:
  1. Pre-payroll support function - verifying employee/contractor time sheets and uploading to related systems.
  2. Support and administrate employee and contractor mobilization and deployment e.g., booking of medical, enforcement/immigration, and visa clearance.
  3. Administrate the generation and issuance of purchase orders.
  4. Administrate business license-related matters.
  5. Support customer and management reporting.
Work closely with account manager and/or customer on pre-payroll support function.Ensure all candidate data and time & attendance records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with employee and contractor mobilization and deployment regulations.Manage issues towards resolution in a collaborative and timely manner.Manage workload including ticket count and multi-tasking while meeting deadlines.Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports as requested.Support team members during holidays and provide backup support.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced operational business.Work independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrate a methodical and organized approach with high attention to detail.Maintain professionalism and customer focus, handling confidential matters with discretion.Perform other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.
