Business Operations Coordinator

We are a leading financial institution with a strong presence in Malaysia, offering a range of services including international securities brokerage, asset management, and external asset management services.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing strategic administrative support to our executive team, including managing high-level communications, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling complex travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-level communications, emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency
- Craft, refine, and polish reports, presentations, and key documents to ensure clarity and professionalism
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments to optimize executive time and priorities
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reconciliations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
