We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at BID Operations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across various communication channels.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through live chat, email, and telephone channels.
- Engage with clients to address queries and provide information about our trading platforms and service offerings.
- Assist clients in resolving technical and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with different departments to efficiently resolve client concerns.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

- Strong attention to detail, adept at multitasking, and capable of managing a significant volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy.
