We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and repairs: Ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Contractor management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Predictive maintenance: Develop and implement strategies to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.

What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
