About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Zoomlion. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing a consultative approach to selling and leveraging expertise to identify and qualify leads.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Buildeffective relationships with customers to establish long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience in the agriculture/plantation industry, with a proven track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and analyze customer data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin Chinese to cater to a diverse customer base.
