Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding revenue within our existing client base through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and deepening client relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can identify opportunities for revenue growth post-signature by understanding clients' needs, aligning solutions to their business goals, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Engage clients to understand their evolving needs and introduce relevant solutions.
Develop strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their key advisor. Gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
Take a consultative approach to sales, focusing on client outcomes rather than just product features. Present tailored solutions demonstrating clear value and ROI for the client.
Build and maintain comprehensive account plans mapping out client growth potential, usage trends, and expansion opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to showcase the ongoing value of our offerings.
Drive client satisfaction and retention by tracking key metrics like churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and account activity. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting clients. Provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, revenue projections, and deal progress within CRM tools like Salesforce. Analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
