Main Responsibilities:
  • Renewals of existing and expiring accounts
  • Providing critical analysis, insights, and strategies on clients' digital marketing campaigns to meet their goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns from start to end
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Managing project timeline and schedule
  • Work on client's retention and growing revenue from existing clients
  • Provide support and facilitate meetings, where appropriate, to all project team members.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently as well as effectively as part of the team.
  • Able to work on tight timelines.
  • Good analytical skills is an added advantage.
  • Good business and marketing sense.
  • Time management skills with a sense of urgency is a must.
  • Experience in accounts management and digital marketing industry
