Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Maintain Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement quality management systems for contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct Supplier Audits: Perform regular audits of suppliers to assess their quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage New Product Introduction Quality: Oversee the quality performance of new products and ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Lead Supplier Critical Issues: Manage and resolve critical issues with suppliers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts with suppliers, focusing on process characterization, yield, and capacity improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, or Development Engineering
Skills: Strong leadership skills, good written and verbal communication, problem-solving knowledge, and ability to work independently
Travel Requirements: Under 10%
