Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Internal Audit Consultant or Senior Internal Audit Consultant to join IBDC (M) SDN. BHD. as a key member of our Internal Audit team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, with experience in conducting audits, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Internal Audits: Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
  2. Identify and Assess Risks: Identify potential risks and assess their impact on the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Develop and Implement Audit Plans: Develop and implement audit plans to ensure that audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Communicate Audit Findings: Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  5. Lead and Supervise: Lead and supervise a team of internal audit staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  1. Professional Qualifications: Possess a Professional Certificate, Master Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  2. Work Experience: Have at least 0 to 4 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Possess excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, good understanding and report writing skills, leadership, presentation skills, and common sense.
