Unigrà APAC is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our customers and finished goods stocks in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate with our third-party warehouse to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
  • Verify stock availability in our SAP system and physical inventory with our third-party warehouse.
  • Process orders, plan, and coordinate delivery and outbound logistics with our third-party warehouse.
  • Generate delivery notes and share with our third-party warehouse for delivery to customers.
  • Follow up on delivery status and ensure receipt of delivery notes with customer acknowledgement.
  • Raise new orders to our IT and manufacturing teams for the Singapore market based on forecasts and orders from our sales team.
  • Notify our third-party warehouse of incoming and inbound stock from our IT and manufacturing teams.
  • Process receiving of inbound stock into our SAP system.
  • Manage inventory reports and physical inventory of all stock types, including finished goods, samples, expiry stocks, and disposal stocks.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and SAP systems.
  • Valid passport for travel to Singapore when required.
