We are looking for an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have:

  • New Employees Onboarding: Develop and implement effective new employees onboarding process to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Training Needs Analysis and Program Design: Conduct thorough training needs analysis and design training programs to address organizational gaps.
  • Employee Development and Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for employees to grow professionally and personally.
  • Performance Management and Career Advancement: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems, supporting employees in achieving their career goals.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and group employee benefit insurances.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company's adherence to local labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Meetings and Event Planning: Coordinate high-level meetings and events, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related/equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and people development.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Highly strategic thinker, with a ability to balance business needs with HR priorities.
  • Experience working in Retail is highly desirable.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices is essential.
