Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and operating the Business Process Analytics systems of BASF based on Celonis process mining tool.

The successful candidate will advise internal business partners on requirements in the area of Business Process Management (esp. Analytics) / Process Mining and structured recording of customer requirements.

This role involves supporting the implementation of new functionalities as part of our DevOps team, coordinating and implementing technical implementation, and integrating it into the IT infrastructure of BASF.

The candidate will also be responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading, creation and maintenance of data models, and implementation of management dashboards.

This role requires planning and managing analytics projects independently of business processes with different content and strategic importance.

Business Consulting and Technical Consulting with Process Designers and Analysts are key responsibilities in this role.

The ideal candidate will analyze and solve complex incidents as well as technical malfunctions and advise users in the event of problems.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field is required for this position.

  • Experience in Database systems like SQL, build data models.
