Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Development team as a Senior Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent development and a track record of success in a dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs and initiatives that align with our firm's strategic objectives.

  • Talent Development: Assist in the creation and execution of training programs, workshops, and learning sessions to support leaders and high potential employees.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into talent trends and make recommendations for improvement in talent management practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace and promote diverse talent pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
