Role Overview

The Site Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of site activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Site Activities: Oversee all day-to-day construction site operations, including monitoring worker productivity and quality control.
  • Coordinate Subcontractors: Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors and tradesmen to optimize efficiency and workflow.
  • Liaise with Project Manager: Liaise with the Project Manager to resolve any issues or challenges that arise and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
