About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading by example to drive sales growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory management, control costs, and minimize waste.

  • Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and job satisfaction.

  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Monitor social media, address customer concerns, and maintain a positive online reputation.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, share best practices, and promote cross-functional understanding.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead by example, demonstrate integrity, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Sustain a safe working environment, adhere to health and safety protocols, and encourage open communication.

  • Achieve targets, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QSR, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply for Manager-in-Training (MIT) role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, commitment to customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills.

  • Good leadership skills, matured, and demonstrates high integrity.

  • Willingness to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Min SPM qualification, fresh graduates welcomed to apply.

  • Friendly and customer-focused mindset, making every guest feel valued and appreciated.
