Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at GT Business Systems Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing them with solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Information Processing
Process sales information from the sales team and arrange for installation in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with customers.
Customer Account ManagementEnsure customer user accounts and devices are set up accordingly, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate smooth onboarding.
Product Training and SupportArrange with customers for product and service usage training via onsite or online methods, providing expert guidance and assistance to ensure they get the most out of our solutions.
Problem ResolutionServe customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems efficiently and effectively, utilizing your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Reporting and AnalysisReport to management on any hardware issues or software bugs detected for further investigation, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuous ImprovementRecommend potential improvements on products or services to management by collecting customer feedback, analyzing customer needs, and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Cross-Selling and UpsellingAttract potential customers/sales by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth and revenue.
Account ManagementMaintain customer records by updating account information, providing accurate and up-to-date details to facilitate efficient service delivery and sales opportunities.
Inventory ManagementMaintain and keep the customer vehicle information database updated, ensuring accuracy and completeness to inform inventory management and logistics decisions.
