  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to recommend pricing proposals that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assess special pricing requests and ensure effective pricing execution.
  • Implement and monitor pricing controls to maintain consistency in pricing across different markets.

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance, price realization, and margin impact across different regions and product categories.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, pricing variance analysis, and business insights to leadership.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing historical sales data and pricing trends.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with key stakeholders.

Process Optimization & System Maintenance

  • Maintain and enhance pricing tools, dashboards, and reporting systems using Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to ensure accurate pricing execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in pricing workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of administration experience within a B2B sales environment is required.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
