Responsibilities- Data Management & Analysis: Organize sales data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates.
- E-commerce Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Shopee and Lazada to increase brand exposure and sales.
- E-commerce Platform Operations: Manage product listings on Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, updates, delisting, returns, stock accuracy, and shop content updates.
- Market & Competitor Research: Study market trends and competitor products, understand Shopee and Lazada SEO rules, and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Customer Support Assistance: When needed, respond to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction.
