- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Administer the annual performance management process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Manage projects such as system implementation, policy revamping, and ad hoc tasks.
- Update HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Manage administrative processes, including reception, office utilities, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR and involvement in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Organized, result-driven, active, and able to work with minimum supervision.
