Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at OKA SIGNATURE SDN. BHD. and enhance our marketing processes.

Candidates with experience in creating compelling videos and high-quality photos will be especially welcomed, as these skills will be valuable in enhancing our digital presence.

Preference will be given to candidates who are local Chinese-speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and KPIs.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and interpret data to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage and mentor a team of overall digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, YouTube, etc.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights to senior management.
  • Manage copywriting of online marketing content.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
