At CALTRiX, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cloud accounting software integration and implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity between various cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter all transactions into Cloud Accounting Software
  • Manage Account Receivables and Account Payables
  • Monthly account closing
  • Implement Cloud Accounting into businesses and possibly involved in integration with other cloud software
  • Ensure all Cloud Software integration goes smoothly
  • Be Tech-Savvy - to automate processes with the latest integration in Cloud Software
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agent on a yearly basis

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy
  • Mandarin Speaking candidate would be highly considered
  • Self-motivated, a team player and result-oriented
  • Great communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay languages
  • Problem solver, detailed and organized
  • Have your own ride
  • Experiencing in Cloud Accounting Software - Xero & QuickBooks Online is an added advantage
  • Best if you have a minimum of 1 year working experiences in Accounting.
