Responsibilities will include managing sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements efficiently, responding to customer inquiries promptly and ensuring timely follow-ups and monitoring of requests, coordinating with branches and the sales team to facilitate the shipment of goods, and assisting in generating POs for customers when required.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring consumables stock levels to ensure timely replenishment, maintaining and updating customer records in the system accurately, and timely updating and monitoring the company integration report for effective tracking.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university is required, along with minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential.
