Sales Coordinator cum Admin

Job Responsibilities:
1)Manage sales orders, quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and delivery arrangements efficiently.
2)Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure timely follow-ups and monitoring of requests.
3)Coordinate with branches and the sales team to facilitate the shipment of goods.
4)Assist the sales team in generating POs for customers when required.
5)Monitor and manage consumables stock levels to ensure timely replenishment for labs.
6)Maintain and update customer records in the system accurately.
7)Timely update and monitor the company integration report for effective tracking.
8)Coordinate with the finance team and follow up with clients regarding payment status.
9)Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and general office administration and operations.
10)Monitor petty cash usage and ensure timely requests for reimbursements.
11)Maintain and organize company files, contracts, and reports for easy access and reference.
12)Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items when required.
13)Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and business needs.
14)Actively participate in ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 documentation and internal audits to ensure compliance.
15)Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors and management.
Qualifications & Experience:
1.A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university.
2.Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
3.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
4.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6.Experience with accounting and sales software (Sage 300) is an advantage.
7.Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
