Altera is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join its Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Solutions- Design and develop business intelligence solutions to meet business needs, including dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide recommendations for improved financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), P&L management, or corporate finance—preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
- Experience in semiconductor pricing, margin analysis, and cost management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
