We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to join our team. As part of your responsibilities, you will process supplier payments, staff claims, etc. and prepare the monthly Accounts Payable Reconciliation. You will also perform data entry of invoices received from vendors into SAP System for capital expenditure and reversal of accrual, and prepare payment vouchers and issue cheques for payments to vendors, submitting to superiors for approval and signatures. Additionally, you will assist in month-end and year-end closings, ensure timely reporting, and perform adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
