Responsibilities
  • Sell bancassurance life insurance products that meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to individual and branch sales targets.
  • Provide professional financial advice and recommend appropriate products based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Banca Business Managers to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Plan and follow up on leads and activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Review performance with the Branch Manager to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and fulfill Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a minimum of SPM qualification or a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are welcome to apply.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in bancassurance or related sales roles is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Malay is essential.
  • Industry Certifications: Full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have an added advantage.
