  • Assist the Director in operational matters related to Sales, Planning, Pricing, Inventory Management, Supply Assurance, and Quality Management.
  • Provide administrative support to the direct report, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Manage correspondence, reports, and documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support executive time management by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Studies, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive or inventory management is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical abilities.
  4. Able to speak, read, and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  5. Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
