We are seeking an experienced Commercial Transport Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail customers to drive Volvo vehicle sales and total solutions.
About the Role- Develop, maintain and enhance working relationships with all retail customers (at all levels) to drive Volvo vehicle sales and total solutions.
- Regular competitive analysis feedback in their territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
- Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.
- PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
- Analyse and submit responses to all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.
- Reconnect and establish strong, trusting, long-term relationships with existing fleet customers, and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.
- Penetrate new accounts under their sales territory to increase market share and presence.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or similar.
- Minimum 3 – 6 years of working experience in premium products sales experience. Strong sales management and customer account management.
- Good knowledge of the trucks industry.
