This includes ensuring accurate and timely operational risk reporting and effective implementation of control measures to mitigate operational risk within the risk appetite of the Bank.

Responsibilities
  • Risk Framework Development: Develop and implement risk frameworks that align with the Bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines issued by regulators and enforcement authorities.
  • Business Unit Coordination: Coordinate with business/support units to ensure adequate coordination of regulatory reporting.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyze and deliberate anomalies, critical, potential emerging risks, and recurring operational risk cases through the establishment of controls for prevention or closure of recurrence possibilities in operational risk areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, or any related fields with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Risk Management.
  • Professional certification in Risk Management or other relevant operational risk sub-categories will be an advantage.
