The Cross Border Air Freight team aims to build competitive logistics products and customised solutions to support various sales channels in business acquisition. As Regional Senior Manager, Cross Border (Air), you'll supervise the overall Ninja Freight air freight operations activities, including:
  • Sourcing and procurement of air freight solutions, overseeing operations of airfreight products and supporting the HOD in tender and product implementation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to manage lead-time performance and negotiation of services.
  • Developing and managing budgets for air freight operations, monitoring operational expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining/improving service quality.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimise lead times, ensuring objectives are aligned with overall department directions.
  • Driving and developing operational excellence by setting/improving processes and/or procedures within the operations environment to enhance service level.
