Key Responsibilities:

  • System Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, defects, or malfunctions. Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint problems accurately.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, filters, and thermostats.
  • Installation and Upgrades: Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards. Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades or replacements.
  • Performance Evaluation and Optimization: Conduct tests to evaluate the performance and efficiency of HVAC equipment. Calibrate controls, thermostats, and other system components to optimize functionality and energy efficiency.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Prepare detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and work performed.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Provide guidance on the proper use and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical and HVAC.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate most welcome or 1 year working experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles, components, and systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and respond to emergency situations.
