Order Administration Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Order Administration Specialist to join our team in a customer-focused role.
You will be responsible for managing the correct reception of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing into our ERP system. This involves working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order management process.
As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service by acting as a prime contact person for their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer orders, ensuring they are correctly registered into the ERP system
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
- Provide proactive feedback to customers on order status and progress
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in a similar environment
- 1-2 years of experience in international customer support or order management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with fluency in English
- Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment
