Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing supplies and inventory, and ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained.
You will work closely with the Facilities team to ensure that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including preparing reports and maintaining records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a diploma or bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will also need to have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
