About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Business Service Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Duties:
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including procurement, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors or vendors.
- Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Support report preparation and presentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling, coordination, and material preparation.
- Compliance and Procedure:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Timely completion of tasks, e.g., System Access Requests and staff profile updates.
- Effective issue escalation and resolution.
- Regular review of department access and staff training hours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
