About the Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a High-Level Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide top-notch administrative support to senior management, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Provide confidential personal assistance and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Assist in purchasing activities, including planning and following up on deliveries.
- Compile and coordinate minutes and presentation decks from various stakeholders.
- Organize major events and meetings, such as townhalls and team bonding activities.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.
