As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of our relationship with customers. You will work closely with our Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development teams to provide top-quality technical service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers during onboarding and throughout their experience with dLocal.
  • Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to assess and guarantee the quality of services provided to customers.
  • Help maximize revenue by expanding current relationships with customers and developing new products and operations.
  • Analyze prospects' business and technical requirements to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Work with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach.
  • Experience in working and understanding APIs.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of SQL required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers.
