Senior Marketing Executive (Property Developer)

  • Oversee the progress of advertising campaigns and sales activities.
  • Promptly respond to sales inquiries via telephone, website, social media platforms, email, and walk-in customers.
  • Maintain client relations, track sales data, analyse trends, and generate periodic sales/marketing reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of social media is an added advantage.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to communicate in local dialects is an added advantage.
