**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support professional to join our team at TIME's group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Handle procurement tasks, including negotiation, price comparison, and Purchase Orders. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • E-commerce Promotion and Marketing: Plan and execute monthly e-commerce promotions to boost traffic and sales. Utilize digital content and email campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the warehouse team and marketing department. Participate in weekly meetings to share updates and ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in admin, procurement, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Arrangements:

  • Available to work Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Working rights required for this role.
  • Expected salary: RM1,600 - RM2,000 per month.
