Job Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist, you must be able to communicate effectively with customers, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and find solutions.
  • Negotiation: Engage in quality negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Settlement Schemes: Offer settlement schemes to customers and manage their progress.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the recovery process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance or relevant working experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in banking and finance.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Skillset: Proactive, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
