Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance Accountant to join our team at Food & Beverage Resources PG Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end closing procedures for companies, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and furnish tax information to tax agents, checking and finalizing their queries, and ensure tax computations are ready as scheduled.
  • Provide full and accurate information to IRB during tax audits with short deadlines.
  • Prepare subsidy and cashless reports for multiple vendors, payments according to payment cycles, and monthly profit and loss reports for management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance or Accountancy, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (Million System).
  • Able to speak and write in good English, Malay, and Mandarin.
