Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer to join our team. As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Setting up and optimizing descum and sputtering (Ti/Cu) processes.
  2. Developing and industrializing descum and sputtering processes, introducing new materials to meet quality, yield, and mission requirements for new applications.
  3. Supporting the assembly of engineering samples for new packages or technologies.
  4. Characterizing descum and sputtering processes and materials.
  5. Generating and updating process specifications, SOPs, FMEA, and process control plans.
  6. Providing technical support for critical quality concerns related to descum/sputtering materials and processes.
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. More than 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  2. Experience in Wafer FAB, Backend, Substrate, Solar panel, and PCB.
  3. A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology, Material Science) or equivalent.
  4. Strong statistical data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially in descum and sputtering processes.
  5. Systematic problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bone, Is/Is Not, etc.
  6. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolve them quickly.
  7. Good knowledge and skills in the production area.
  8. High-performance behavior and teamwork skills.
