Your Role

As a Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and developing dry etch and descum processes, introducing new materials to meet quality, yield, and mission requirements for new applications. You will also support the assembly of engineering samples for new packages or technologies, characterize descum and sputtering processes and materials, and generate and update process specifications, SOPs, FMEA, and process control plans.

You will provide technical support when there are critical quality concerns related to descum/sputtering material/process, and work closely with the team to resolve issues and improve processes.

Your Skills and Experiences
  • At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on Wafer FAB, Backend, Substrate, Solar panel, and PCB.
  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical data analysis and systematic problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly, with good knowledge and skills in the production area.
  • High-performance behavior and a team-oriented approach to executing projects and striving for excellence.
