Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our finance and human resources teams. As a key member of our team, you will assist in various tasks related to accounting, data entry, financial reporting, and recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Entry and Reconciliation: Assist in entering financial data into our accounting system and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Cash Handling and Bank Reconciliation: Handle cash deposits from outlets and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate cash flow records.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
  • Employee Management: Collect and organize employee records, including identification documents, tax information, and bank details, while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
