We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Golden Fresh Sdn Bhd.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in our production facility. This includes conducting daily pre-operation inspections to ensure compliance with GMP, verifying weighing scales used for daily production, checking online printing information on packaging, and examining raw materials, online processing, and finished products according to quality manuals/procedures and specifications.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for verifying expiry dates and sensory attributes of ingredients used in production, recording all processing parameters in accordance with product specifications, ensuring Critical Control Points (CCP) are always within critical limits, conducting sensory tests on products from daily production, and collecting retainer samples and other test samples.
Requirements:
- Education Level: SPM and above
- Able to work in shift
- 2 years of experience as QA Inspector or QC
- Good numerical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Able to read and write in English
