About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, FP&A and Strategy to join our Enterprise Markets team. As a key finance leadership role, you will work directly with leaders of EM segments and EM functions in planning, reporting, and analyzing financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Lead the development of governance for total EM, including defining monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence, frequency, and review templates.
  • Anchor the strategic business plan (SBP), Annual Business Plan (ABP), and quarterly forecasts for EM segments, working with regional, market, and global stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly business review process with Global and Clusters stakeholders, tracking monthly progress against targets and providing timely visibility of gaps and potential deviations.
  • Develop executive leadership presentations and support scenario planning and financial analyses as needed.
  • Lead all submissions to corporate, including actual results, quarterly forecasts, annual plans, strategic plans, and board presentations.
  • Work with Global functions, Clusters, and Controllers to track progress of transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the work with Global/Regional IT/FP&A team on designing future business planning models for EM and defining the right model for each country and cluster.
  • Work closely with global FP&A team on FP&A deliverables and with global team members on key transformation workstreams.
  • Own the overhead management process for the segment, leading preparation of annual budget, quarterly updates, and monitoring overheads against plan.
  • Be a talent magnet, serving as a strong talent developer by hiring, developing, retaining, and promoting direct reports.

About You

You will need to have a strong background in finance, with at least 10-12 years of experience in a regional or multi-market FP&A role with a multi-national/global public organization. You will also need to have excellent financial modeling experience and skills, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into large quantities of data and extract meaningful insights.
