Infineon Technologies is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Executive to ensure the smooth operation of Plant Facilities infra services and manage related complaints plant wide.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain HVAC, process cooling, exhaust systems, compressed air, gases, vacuum, and lift services.
- Lead FM engineers/executives in audits and authority inspections.
- Manage FM documentations related to engineering and operation.
- Supervise FM system owners in One SAP.
- Develop and maintain BAS, FMCS, and SPC systems.
- Transition new facilities systems from project completion to operational phase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related studies.
- IATF 16949.
- FMCS, SPC.
- RCM & FMECA.
- SAP Application.
- Legal Requirement (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA, etc.).
- Green Line and Clean Room requirement.
- 8D Methodology.
- Project Management, PNID, AUTOCAD.
