Business Operations Assistant

Ototrans Marketing SDN. BHD. is a forward-thinking organization seeking a skilled Business Operations Assistant to facilitate seamless internal and external communication.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise closely with the sales team and external sales personnel to guarantee harmonious collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, managing email correspondence, and providing phone support.
- Support the sales process by arranging quotations and preparing comprehensive sales reports for management review.
- Work collaboratively with sales personnel to track quotation status, collect customer feedback, and present findings.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiry status and ensure efficient delivery processes.
- A minimum SPM certification or equivalent educational background.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field; training will be provided to familiarize you with our sales system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with local customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
