SHENLING ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our management team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing comprehensive support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document translation, data compilation, and billing.
  2. Coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Development and Project teams, ensuring all operational needs are met effectively.
  4. Assist with procurement needs, managing relationships with suppliers and vendors for office supplies and other necessities.
  5. Provide comprehensive support to management, including travel arrangements, bookings, reservations, and other business-related logistics.
  6. Assist in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and support with HR documentation.
  7. Manage simple accounting tasks, such as accounts receivable, payable, and data compilation.
  8. Facilitate communication between local teams and headquarters, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Business or related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in office administration support, accounting, and finance background.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with HQ in China and assist with document translation.
  6. A proactive mindset, focusing on taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
  7. Experience in Account/Finance operations or similar roles is a plus.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
