Welcome to Telecontinent, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Support Team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and email enquiries from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information to resolve their queries. You will also deal directly with customers via phone and email, responding to their inquiries and obtaining relevant information to handle service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries
  • Deal directly with customers via phone and email
  • Obtain relevant information to handle service requests

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fresh graduates welcome

Working Conditions:

  • Any 5 days from Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 5.30pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm

Compensation:

  • Monthly salary up to RM3,700 (Allowances included)
  • Annual leave 16 days per annum
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS would be contributed
