Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactional Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing cash flows, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, sorting, verifying, and handling exceptions of Accounts Payable documents for further processing.
  • Validating and processing Purchase Order and contract-based invoices, non-PO invoices, prepayments, and down payments.
  • Reviewing supplier open items before executing payments.
  • Investigating and reversing non-successful payments.
  • Performing month-end closing activities, including purchasing accrual according to a predefined schedule.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, or yearly reporting based on affiliate requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the specific country language for business communications.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in transactional accounting teams within a performance-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP or other ERP/Accounting systems.
